Shipping Policy

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within SHIPPING Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders after they are placed.

Refunds policy

No refunds/returns unless the item is faulty, in which case the item must be returned unworn, in its original form, within 7 days and a replacement will be sent out within the following 7 days. In the case of returning we do not offer a free returns service. 

Returned postage is down to the customer. It is up to you as the buyer to check our specific size guides before placing an order,should the sizing be incorrect.  If an item has arrived to you defective or faulty please get in touch with us within 3 working days of receiving the merchandise at Agapekingdominc@gmail.com

 

What do I do if my item is faulty?

If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 3 days’ of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning via email: AgapeKingdominc@gmail.com

 

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.
